Medical Architecture announces partnership with extra-care housing specialist TM Architects

Medical Architecture has expanded its capacity and capability by joining with TM Architects.

Together the firms offer clients a much wider range of skills and resources and a capacity for larger and more complex projects.

Medical Architecture will build on their record of leadership in complex healthcare projects with new opportunities developing NHS and other public assets across the UK.

TM Architects can capitalise on opportunities for the development of health and social care infrastructure.

The leadership team at TM Architects has more than 20 years’ experience working for housing providers in London and the South East of England. The practice is currently providing planning and detailed design services for the third and fourth generation of Extra Care projects with Harrow Churches Housing Association. An affordable housing development for Network Homes is nearing site completion, with another submitted for planning approval. Other construction phase work includes the delivery of 110 new homes in Newham for Gateway Housing Association
