Masterplanning the redevelopment of Springfield Hospital

Client: South West London and St.Georges Mental Health Trust with Urban Strategies (Toronto).
Contract Value: £140m / €210m
Status: Completed

MAAP have worked closely with Urban Strategies in workshops to develop a programme for the integration of modern mental health services within a new urban environment. A primary component of this project is the involvement of shareholders in developing a vision for the site and new buildings. This project demonstrates how a hospital can regenerate itself by managing its own assets in a creative way.
