MAAP over the last five years has moved into the area for acute hospital design and in particular diagnostic treatment centres which represent a step-change in our approach to medical facilities design. We are moving forward from functional planning studies and PFI projects and strive to establish a higher benchmark in hospital design standards. The recently completed NHS Treatment Centre in Kidderminster is at the forefront of NHS modernisation and is only the second ambulatory care centre of its kind in the country.

Through our recent commissions with The Department of Health and other agencies we have led design initiatives in single bed ward design, and DTC concept design.
